Dad's JK

As you might have read in previous posts, my dad started wheelin. Well since then he's had the itch for some upgrades. Here's the first. 285/75 R16 Goodyear Wrangler MT/R's and some black steelies. Not only should it perform better, it looks a lot better too!

Sunflower Mine 09

On January 3, 2009 we went Sunflower Mine to run the loop. Yeah, I know we went on that one multiple times last year but it's my favorite one and what better way to start off the year.
Try not to laugh to hard when you see how bald my tires are. Everytime I see them I shake my head in disgust at myself for not getting it aligned after lifting it. I intended to get new wheels or spacers and didn't want to align it twice. Well that didn't happen now look at the result. Lunch!I always love when my nephews, Saul and Chanler, go with us. It's fun to get them in the outdoors and see them explore. I'd also like to take them on a hunting trip this year. This pic is of Chanler. This of Saul. That's Jessica behind the wheel of Vance's truck. She did a real good job through a difficult spot. I'm sure Vance is proud. I wonder when Jessica is gona get her own trail rig. Just to let everyone know, that bulge in my sweater is not my belly. It's my camera, my two way radio and my keys. Okay...half of it's my belly. Both Vance's and Reggie's truck got body damage from the same thing, a narrow stump protruding out of some brush. I also received my first body damage on this trail but have no pic. Maybe I'll post it later.Sam's signature rooster tails. He manages to make em with mud, sand, dirt and water.Airing up and headed home for some pizza and trail footage. And a special thanks goes out to our camera men, Andy Samuel and Jesse Baker.

Reggie's Ram's Rack

Well this is Reggie's spare tire holder with the gas rack on it, finally done except the paint. I like how he wrapped his tow strap around it until he gets his toolbox.
Looks like the next fabrication project is gona be the rear bumper. He already took off the bumper, hitch and rear sway bar because it was dragging in the dirt and not getting much flex in the rear. Oh and...the lift has been ordered.
